Hey Everyone!
My name is Janelle and I am the Marketing Guru here at The Big Bad Project. I have a degree in mechanical engineering, but that was never my vibe and decided to take a different path after graduation – Marketing & Communications!
I am a digital nomad that enjoys traveling to new countries and immersing myself in their culture, which has created some of the best experiences of my life. I started living abroad in South Korea, and have since lived in Italy, Senegal, Haiti, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Canada. I consider myself a lifelong student and by living abroad, I am about to stretch beyond my comfort zone and learn new languages, new cultures, and (ultimately) news ways of life.
I have been working with Shaunna on other projects outside of The Big Bad Project, so when she asked if I would come on board, my obvious answer was YES! Admittedly, I am not as familiar with the world of wolves and wildlife conservation as I would like to be, but I am learning and have since developed a deep appreciation for the roles that these animals play in their habitats.
My goal is generate content that is engaging to everyone who reads it, while also making sure it is educational and insightful.
I am always doing what I can to make sure every supporter of The Big Bad Project gets the most up-to-date information.
Shaunna may be the Queen of Strategy, but I like to flex my skills when it comes to developing the right marketing strategies for BBP.
Coming from a world outside of conservation and wolves, it has become increasingly apparent to me just how important these animals are to our ecosystems. I hope that I am able to convey that to others through my content creation and overall messaging. Biodiversity really is the key to our survival!
